Elections will be held in March 2024 to fill vacant undergraduate student and graduate student representative seats on the Senate, Board of Governors, University Planning Committee and the University Student Fees Committee:

Undergraduate Student Representatives – one from each of the following Faculties

  • Faculty of Science (2-year term)
 Board of Governors
  • One Graduate Student Representative (2-year term)
University Planning Committee
  • One Graduate Student Representative (2-year term)
University Student Fees Committee
  • One Part-Time Undergraduate Student Representative (1-year term)
  • One Graduate Student Representative (1-year term)
EXTENDED NOMINATION PERIOD

Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024 to Monday, Feb. 26, 2024

Nomination forms are available at secretariat.mcmaster.ca/elections/

Completed nomination forms must be received by the University Secretariat at unielec@mcmaster.ca  by 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.


Additional Nominations: Faculty Elections

Elections will be held in March 2024 to fill vacant positions on Faculty Committees and University bodies in the Faculties of Business, Engineering, Humanities, Science and Social Sciences. A slate of nominations for each Faculty has been posted on the University Secretariat website.  The nominees listed have all indicated their willingness to serve, should they be elected. These nominations are being communicated to all members of the Faculties, who now have the opportunity to nominate additional candidates for any vacancy.
