Student byelections to the Board of Governors and the Senate 

Byelections will be held on Oct. 22 and 23 to fill graduate and undergraduate student vacancies on the Senate, and graduate student vacancies on the Board of Governors and University Planning Committee.

To submit a nomination, please visit the University Secretariat website for more details and eligibility criteria. Nominations must be submitted by 12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3. The elections will be conducted online via MacVote.

Teaching staff byelections to faculty committees and university-wide governing bodies for the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Science 

Byelections for the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Science will be held on Oct. 22 and 23.

In the Faculty of Humanities, the byelection will be conducted to fill a teaching staff vacancy on the Senate.

In the Faculty of Science, the byelection will address vacancies on both the Tenure, Permanence and Promotion Committee and the Graduate Council.
