Apple changes the way universities sell its products
Apple Canada has announced changes in the way universities and colleges sell its products.
Apple computers, iPads, iPods and other Apple devices will not be sold at Apple Authorized Campus Stores in Canada effective April 27.
Apple’s change in policy means that the McMaster Campus Store will continue to sell accessories and peripherals after that date.
Educational discounts will be available to customers when they use the Campus Store website to access the Apple Education Store.
The Campus Store’s computer department has been an Apple dealer since its formation in 1984. It will remain an authorized Apple Service Centre.
