One of them is speaking into a microphone while the other four look onJoin us for a special Jack Talk and panel discussion on November 29 at 6pm ET, held at Michael DeGroote Centre for Learning and Discovery (MDCL) Building, Room 1102 on McMaster Campus in Hamilton, ON. Unlocking Pathways to Mental Health Care is designed specifically for youth in their late teens and twenties who are interested in the realities of mental health resource navigation and the importance of identity and culturally affirming care.

You can expect to learn :

General mental health knowledge and social determinants of mental health,
How to be there for yourself and others
Types of resources and supports and considerations around accessing them
And more!

This Jack Talk and panel discussion will be led by our talented Jack Talks Senior Speakers, Julia Wickens, Linda Mouhamou, and Michelle Samcoe. The panel discussion will be joined by, Zeinab Khawaja, health promoter and Charlotte Johnston, mental health clinician.
