This talk aims to provide an introductory understanding of meta-analysis and meta-regression analysis as a complement to a more traditional narrative review. The talk will demonstrate the utility of these tools, with a focus on early career scholars. Before a Q&A session at the end, the speaker will present some applied examples spanning the social science literatures as well as a behind the scenes look at a meta-analysis project.
