My Calendar

Join us online for the final free Live Event of the season, Drs. Richard Sztramko and Anthony Levinson of McMaster University will meet virtually and share six evidence-based ways to promote brain health.
We will discuss the impact of specific health conditions and lifestyle choices you can make, such as your level of physical, social and cognitive activity, which will help to reduce your risk of developing dementia or slow its progression.

The first 15 minutes will be set aside for this discussion and will be followed by a Q&A period.

If you have a question for our experts, submit it here – https://forms.gle/Y8h5yo5zdYavndQL6
