NIH 101 – Dr. Matthew J. Fenton, Director, Division of Extramural Activities at the NIAID

The CIHR Institute of Infection and Immunity will be hosting Dr. Matthew Fenton from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) this Thursday October 24, 2019.

Dr. Fenton is the Director of the Division of Extramural Activities (DEA) at the NIAID and he is set to give a presentation on “NIH 101” from 12–1 p.m. in MDCL 2232 . Dr. Fenton oversees the management of grants, contracts, peer review, training and career development, Small Business Innovation Research programs, and extramural policies for the NIAID.
