Research consistently shows that age-related cognitive decline and dementia can be improved with exercise, but little is known about the mechanisms–or how best to capitalize on them. During this seminar, Drs. Fahnestock and Selvaganapathy will discuss how neuroscience, kinesiology, and bioengineering can come together to reveal the pathways that allow muscle, bone, and liver cells to influence brain health.
