Black, Indigenous and racialized students, staff and faculty are invited to a facilitated discussion on Two Row Wampum diplomacy and Indigenous-Asian constellations of co-resistance. Join us in a discussion of how the Two Row’s model of “alongsideness” – of relating across differences in a way that doesn’t mandate eradicating the difference – presents an important alternative to the potentially violent conditions of “inclusion”.

Co-Facilitators:
Dr. Kaitlin Debicki / Kanien’keha:ka, Assistant Professor, English & Cultural Studies and Indigenous Studies.
Dr. Eugenia Zuroski, Associate Professor, English and Cultural Studies, Editor, Eighteenth-Century Fiction
