The Language Matters Public Lecture Series is a FREE series co-sponsored by the Department of Linguistics and Languages and the McMaster Alumni Association that will highlight the interesting world of human communication.

Faculty members in the Department of Linguistics and Languages will share their expertise on the scientific study of human language and why it matters. The first speaker is Dr. Catherine Anderson who will discuss language development in infants.

Light refreshments will be served following the lecture so please feel free to mix and mingle while enjoying a tasty treat.
