Inclusive Leadership Training for Student Leaders

McMaster Science Society in collaboration with Human Resources Services and the Equity and Inclusion Office presents an interactive workshop on leadership practices and equity, diversity and inclusion principles.

Topics will include:
– Equitable hiring practices
– Elements of inclusive leadership
– Creating positive organizational environments
– Accessible design, communication and marketing
– Ways to increase student engagement and diversity of committee membership
