Design thinking is a strategic method that incorporates empathy and experimentation to arrive at innovation. Its human-centred approach relies on evidence and interaction with end-users to determine their wants and needs. This method has historically been used by designers, but it can also be used in research to pinpoint real opportunities and solve legitimate problems. In this webinar, Robert Fleisig will describe and illustrate how the design thinking methodology can be used for research in aging.
