Vicky Bungay, Tier II Canada Research Chair in Gender, Equity, and Community Engagement, and Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia, will illustrate how community-based, participatory research (CBPR) shapes intervention research including the metrics necessary to test feasibility and acceptability in a pilot study to enhance health and social care among women experiencing gender-based violence and street-involvement.
