In a sequel to her successful HAALSA talk in 2023, Dr. Sheila Singh returns to explain how research at the Sheila Singh Lab at McMaster University has helped reshape the traditional understanding of brain tumours in adults and is influencing the direction of cancer treatment towards individualized therapies.
Dr. Singh is Director of the Centre for Discovery in Cancer Research at McMaster, a professor of surgery and biochemistry, a pediatric neurosurgeon and Division Head of Neurosurgery at Hamilton Health Sciences.
