You might not realize it, but inflation can be enough to throw you off your budgeting goals. As prices for groceries, gas and other goods and services increase, it’s important that you know how to adjust your budget accordingly.

In good years, inflation will hover between 2% and 3%. Today, we’re currently facing a 7% inflation rate. Now is the time to stay calm and strategize your spending and saving behaviour. Join our workshop to get tips on building inflation resilience and learn how to cut back until inflation stabilizes. Refreshments and snacks will be served.
