The Emerging Health Leaders Program is a two-week intensive, residential, leadership program for undergraduate and graduate students across the province. This program is a life altering experience that will challenge your thinking and it will push you to become a better leader by focusing on: personal leadership development, effective teams, change management, design thinking, as well as identifying, implementing and championing new ideas and innovations in a health environment.

The healthcare landscape is continually changing, and will require innovative leaders who can disrupt the status quo to bring forth meaningful changes. Whether you are continuing on to medical school, graduate school, are entering the workforce, or have years of work experience, the Emerging Health Leaders Program will give you the tools to drive innovation in healthcare.
