Join four experts in the area of leadership in long term care to discuss current trends and obstacles. McMaster School of Nursing’s Assistant Professor Dr. Sheila Boamah, and Associate Professor Dr. Pamela Baxter will share findings from their research studies. After their presentations, we will hear from panelists, Bahar Karimi and Pat Morden. Bahar is the Executive Director of LTC Services and inaugural Chair of the Center of Excellence a Thrive Group. Pat is the Interim Executive Coach at Shalom Village and the Growing Leadership Coach at StoneHill Farm.
