Financial stress, a common issue among students, can be overwhelming with the increasing tuition costs, high housing, and living costs. The uncertainty around managing education expenses and daily spending needs can lead to a significant amount of stress. According to the 2024 National Health Association Survey, finances remain a top stressor for students. This workshop is a practical guide to help you reduce money stress and manage debt levels. We will explore the factors contributing to money stress, how it manifests, and the financial behaviours that can empower you to navigate this challenging reality.
