Student Open Circles invites you to a free online panel event featuring Student Open Circles students and alumni currently residing around the world! Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2:00-3:00pm (with optional discussion at 3:00-3:30pm) for a panel of young people sharing personal experiences in Ghana, Germany, Pakistan, Taiwan, and more during COVID-19 and how they have remained resilient during this time. You will also hear about how Student Open Circles is meeting needs of at-risk youth, adults with disabilities, and isolated seniors during the pandemic and have a chance to interact with current students and board members. Student Open Circles engages McMaster University students from diverse backgrounds in reflection about personal values, spirituality, and social justice, and organizes students in weekly volunteer placements in the Hamilton community.
