Join the McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging’s virtual Collaborative Conversation on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 12 p.m. EDT, with scientific director of the McMaster Health Forum, Michael Wilson, and caregiver and citizen stakeholder, Ron Beleno, to discuss how remote-monitoring technologies can be used to support older adults to stay in their homes longer and/or in their existing level of care.

During this conversation between research partners, we will discuss:

  • The potential for using remote-monitoring technologies to enable people to stay in their homes or existing level of care in Canada
  • Findings from a series of four citizen panels and a national stakeholder dialogue about whether and how remote-monitoring technologies can be used to support older adults stay in their homes longer and/or in their existing level of care
  • Insights about actions that have been identified as important to advance this work

Reflecting Together will take place immediately following this live webinar at 1:00 p.m. This is an opportunity for community members to come together and share their thoughts on the topics discussed during this event. We hope you will be able to join us as we continue the conversation and take our learnings into action.
