McMaster’s Employee Picnic is hosted by the President and Vice-Presidents to say thank you to all faculty and staff. Blankets, folding chairs and lawn games are welcome! Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.

NOTE: Parking vouchers will be available at the BBQ for Lot P for those travelling from locations off-campus. Lot P is in West Campus (over the bridge across Cootes Dr.). Patrons take an entry ticket and park, and walk to the shuttle location which is clearly marked. The shuttle will let folks out at the transit hub (GO terminal).
