Students vote for next MSU president

The polls open on Wednesday, February 4 at 9:30 a.m.

“The election is a prime opportunity for students to take a key role in shaping their student experience,” says Jonathan Scheiding, MSU's chief returning officer. “It's important that students take this election seriously because it plays a crucial role in shaping the Students Union for next year.”

New this year, students must vote at a Faculty specific polling station, there are no exceptions. Students must bring a valid student card. The locations of the polling stations are:

  • Arts & Science, Commons Building, lobby
  • Commerce, DeGroote School of Business, lobby
  • Engineering, John Hodgins Engineering Bulding, lobby
  • Health Sciences, Health Sciences Centre, Ewart Angus Centre
  • Humanities, Mills Memorial Library
  • Kinesiology, David Braley Athletic Centre
  • Nursing, Health Sciences Centre, Ewart Angus Centre
  • Science, Burke Science Building, lobby
  • Social Sciences, MUSC Marketplace
  • Polling stations will remain open between Wednesday, February 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Thursday, February 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
