The McMaster student body has elected 31 new members to the Student Representative Assembly for the coming academic year. The new members will guide the McMaster Students Union in 2001-2002.

There remains one vacancy open for a Faculty of Health Sciences representative. It will be filled in a by-election in October.

The newly elected SRA representatives for 2001-2002 are:


Arts & Science: Arif Manji


Commerce: Candice Allinson, Brad Ballard, Paula Swirla and Andrew Szabo


Engineering: Waheed Brown, Susan Cheng, David Feldman, Keith MacKay, Nedu Maduakor and Mark Yep


Health Sciences: Michael Wu, (one vacancy remains)
Humanities: Katie Angle, Neil Cairns, Evan Mackintosh and Jennifer Thomas


Kinesiology: Neville Boney and Ryan Leung


Science: Ramzy Galil, Jeff Horgot, Chris Orlesky, Andrew Teliszewsky, Cynthia Welton and Dawn Yow


Social Sciences: Stewart MacNeil, Bentil Opoku, Nicole Richmond, Jon Selluski, Ken Seville and Aaron Smith


Social Work: Julie Gazzola.

Students also voted in favour of collecting 75 cents from each student beginning this fall to support Incite magazine.
