Recognized at a recent gathering of the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS), Paradise Catering's standard catering menu was given the Gold and Grand Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards. In addition, Paradise Catering was also given the People's Choice Award, voted upon by other NACUFS members.

“The awards are judged on a strict set of criteria by a number of professionals in our industry,” said Albert Ng, director of Hospitality Services. “Getting not one, but three of these prestigious awards in one year proves that we are indeed among the best on-campus food service providers.”

Up against colleges and universities from all across North America, Paradise Catering was commended for its menu design, which has been improved to be better organized and more aesthetically pleasing, as well as for the specialty items and diversity of food available.
