New office space brings Mosaic team together in Westdale
McMaster's Mosaic team is now located in the former parish hall for St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Westdale.
After being spread across several locations, McMaster’s Mosaic team is now together in a new office space in Westdale.
The team is now located on two floors in the former parish hall for St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Westdale, the neighbourhood to the east of the McMaster campus. McMaster recently completed a long-term lease with St. Paul’s to use the hall as office space. Located just 500 metres from the McMaster campus border, allowing staff to continue parking on campus, it is a welcome home for Mosaic, McMaster’s project to modernize its administrative and business processes and implement an enterprise resource planning system.
“As the project nears its first launch date in December it is very helpful to have everyone in a single location. Bringing the whole group together makes teamwork easier and facilitates impromptu meetings,” said Linda Elliott, Program Director for Mosaic.
Contacting the Team
The team’s new street address is 1140 King St West. Visitors should enter through the door located next to the Cline Street parking lot. (There is a door bell).
About Mosaic
Mosaic is McMaster’s project to modernize its business and administrative processes and replace its current business systems with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Mosaic will replace the current systems used for student administration, finance, research administration, human resources, and business intelligence. Replacing all of these systems in one multi-year project provides a rare opportunity to modernize the University’s business processes. The new system will be launched in stages over the next two years beginning in December 2013.
