The community is invited to mark the National Day of Remembrance commemorating the 26th anniversary of the 1989 Montreal Massacre in GH 111 (Council Chambers) Dec. 4. The event begins at 11:00am with a panel discussion and then a commemorative service at 12:15 pm.
