Returning to campus means reconnecting – with routines, places and friends.

Here’s what it looked like on campus this week as we gathered as a community once again.

“It feels nice to be back in the same routines that I was in before, and also to leave my house. That’s been pretty good,” said Jasmine, a second-year engineering student.

“It’s kind of cool to see people being on campus again, said Preethan, a second year sociology student. “It’s something I haven’t seen in quite awhile.”

The much-loved PAWSS Project (Pups Advising Within Social Sciences) works with certified therapy dogs, staff and faculty to help students adjust to university life and manage their stress and anxiety.

While the program is currently on pause (paws?), check back soon to see when our furry friends will be on campus!

Exercise can be a great way to manage stress and maintain health and wellness. Check out the McMaster Athletics and Recreation site for up-to-date information on fitness facilities, programs and all the ways you can get moving and get involved.
