A newly renovated registrar’s office has opened on the first floor of Gilmour Hall. The updated space brings together front-line services from the financial aid and scholarships office and registrar services into Gilmour Hall, room 108.

This new space enhances the student experience by making it easier for students to get what they need all in one place.

“We are delighted to provide a refreshed service space co-locating front-line student services provided by the Office of the Registrar,” shared Leanne Ruiz, associate registrar, student services. “Determining where to go and who to talk to can be challenging for a student. This will offer students the opportunity to discuss financial aid, scholarships, transcript requests, diplomas and convocation all in one place.”

The updated frontline space can help students who need:

  • OSAP / government aid
  • Enrolment and degree verification
  • Scholarships and bursaries
  • Financial aid counselling
  • Student cards
  • Transcript requests, diploma replacements, certification letters
  • Convocation information
