Community-Engaged Education Showcase, April 9
Are you a student interested in learning how to get involved with your community?
If so, join McMaster’s Office of Community Engagement for the Community-Engaged Education Showcase on Tuesday, April 9 for a special event aimed at highlighting the diversity of curricular and co-curricular pathways that students can take to develop and enhance their community engagement skills.
Participated in conversations with community partners, learn more about the curricular and interdisciplinary opportunities available, and talk one on one with faculty who are involved in community engagement projects and initiatives.
Participating groups include, MacChangers; McMaster Children & Youth University; representatives from McMaster’s Academic Sustainability programming, and Minor of Community Engagement; McMaster Students Union – Clubs; the Research Shop; a diversity of Faculty representatives, and more.
When: Tuesday, April 9, 2019 @11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Where:Celebration Hall, basement of Kenneth Taylor Hall (B116), McMaster Main Campus
Light refreshments will be provided.
