The flags are at half-mast in memory of Donald Green

Donald Green passed away on February 18, 2019.

In 1998, Don joined the University’s Board and served as a committee member for the Changing Tomorrow, Today Campaign. He was named vice chair of the board and then chair in 2006. He also served as a cabinet member for The Campaign for McMaster University 2006-2010.

Don was a member of the Order of Canada and Hamilton Gallery of Distinction inductee, and he contributed greatly by way of service and leadership at McMaster. In 2008 Don received an honorary degree from the DeGroote School of Business.

Don will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all members of the McMaster community.
