McMaster Global Engagement Town Hall: Oct. 26
On Friday, October 26, McMaster faculty, staff and students are invited to learn more about McMaster’s Global Engagement Strategy, and about a host of new initiatives and activities being introduced to enhance and expand opportunities for global engagement at McMaster.
Vice-Provost International, Peter Mascher, Associate Vice-President (Students and Learning) and Dean of Students; Sean Van Koughnett, Acting Vice-Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies, Michael Thompson; and Associate Vice-President of Global Health, Andrea Baumann, will each provide strategic updates, and share activities and initiatives.
Presentations will be followed by an opportunity for community feedback, followed by a reception.

This event is taking place as part of MacGlobal(October 22 – November 9), three weeks of international programming to showcase the many international initiatives and activities taking place campus-wide.
MacGlobal is in support of McMaster’s Global Engagement Strategy as outlined inThe McMaster Model for Global Engagement: A Strategy Documentreleased in 2016. The document was the first step in the development of the university’s international strategy – a key institutional priority – and continues to provide a framework for the development of international activities at McMaster.
