Music, art, food, and conversation with Ian Campeau, co-founder of A Tribe Called Red
McMaster University is pleased to announced that Ian Campeau, Indigenous Advocate, DJ, and co-founder of A Tribe Called Red, will be coming to McMaster for an afternoon of music, art, food, and conversation. This event will take place on Friday, January 19, 2018 and everyone is welcome to attend.
Through a powerful combination of art, music and activism, Ian uses his notoriety to draw attention to issues of racism, gender-based violence, stigmas of mental health, and other forms of oppression. At Making It featuring Ian Campeau, he will perform DJ sets and open up a conversation that challenges how we define success, encouraging audience members to ask how much we can help vs. how much we can hoard. Those who attend will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This event is a proud partnership between the Student Success Centre and Indigenous Student Services, and is sponsored by the McMaster Centre for Continuing Education.
