The famous Pulse Olympics are back for the second year in a row!
Spend a couple of hours with some of your co-workers, get moving and have a ton of fun. Plus, you will have a chance to win the coveted Pulse Trophy.
The Pulse Olympics run from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 12 in the open area in front of the Burke Science Building.
Events include the Team Power Pull, Who Wants To Be A Fitness Guru?, Frisbee Golf, Don't Drop It, Blind Person's Sweet Tooth and the Pulse Ultimate Obstacle Challenge.
There will be a 10-minute aerobic warm-up prior to the 60 minutes allotted for team events.
Everyone is encouraged to get together with friends and colleagues to enter a team of six people in the Pulse Olympics.
Every participant will receive a goodie bag and there are several door prizes to be won including free ballroom dance lessons, a fitness book, an electric toothbrush and gift certificates.
Participants can register at the Pulse prior to the Olympics or register on Thursday, July 12 immediately prior to the event.
