University signs new contract with Bell Canada
In December 2016 the University entered into a new three-year contract with Bell Canada for the provision of individual business lines (including, but not limited to, fax lines) to the University. This contract reduced the cost of these lines significantly, savings in excess of $270,000 annually with a monthly rate reduction of $66 per line. The savings are being passed directly to faculties and departments with individual business lines who will see a reduction in their telecommunication charges as of January 2017.
