Health & Aging Graduate Research Conference
Building on the huge success of last year’s event, the Health, Aging and Society Graduate Student Association (HAS-GSA) and the Department of Health, Aging and Society at McMaster are hosting the 2nd Annual Health & Aging Graduate Research Conference in CIBC Hall on Friday, March 1.
This year’s theme is “Urban Health and Well-being,” which will focus on a number of contemporary issues. The event will showcase graduate and doctoral student research relating to urban health and/or well-being.
The conference is an excellent opportunity to network and collaborate with other graduate students, researchers and community partners with similar interests. It will also offer a forum to learn about other graduate programs related to health and aging topics. The conference promises to stimulate new research ideas, promote innovative thinking and bridge the gap between academic institutions.
Members of the campus community and local residents are invited to attend the conference. Registration closes Feb. 26.
