MSU welcomes president-elect

The ballots have been counted, and David Campbell has emerged as MSU president-elect for the upcoming academic year. Campbell is currently serving as vice-president (administration) with the McMaster Students Union. He’ll assume his new role on May 1.

Results are unofficial at this time, as all candidates have five business days to appeal. Turnout for this year’s presidential election was 29.3 per cent, with 5,792 students visiting the polls.

Congratulations to David, and all of the candidates in this year’s election.
