Competency Based Medical Education Day

Registration is now open for Competency Based Medical Education Day, featuring three renowned experts discussing medical education and competency based training:

Brian Hodges (rationale and justification for CBE)
Richard Reznick (the hurdles from a program perspective)
Jonathan Sherbino (challenges for CBE)

The plenaries will be followed by a panel discussion, where attendees can pose questions to the experts. During the afternoon, participants will also have the opportunity to attend one of three workshops, designed to delve deeper into the application of competency based medical education. Workshops will focus on: curriculum development, assessment and use of simulation in a competency based medical education program.
