Tentative agreement reached with SEIU Local 2
McMaster and the SEIU Local 2, representing Hospitality Services staff at the university, have reached a tentative renewal collective agreement.
The union and the university will carry out their ratification processes, after which time details of the agreement will be available. The current agreement remains in place through to April 30, 2025.
McMaster negotiates with all employee groups based on a set of core principles, including bargaining in good faith and committing to long-term, collaborative relationships with union partners.
