Speaker Bio: Dr. Milena Head (BMath, MBA, PhD) is a Professor of Information Systems at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business. She is also the Wayne C. Fox Chair in Business Innovation, the Director of the McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre, and Academic Director of the EMBA Program.
