McMaster University and McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) have begun the search for a new chief executive officer to guide the park’s next phase of growth.

This leadership transition follows a strategic review to ensure MIP’s future remains closely aligned with McMaster’s research and innovation priorities while maintaining long-term financial sustainability.

MIP was established to drive innovation and commercialization, supporting research translation, entrepreneurship and economic development in Hamilton and beyond.

Today, it hosts cutting-edge innovative companies like Fusion Pharmaceuticals, Enedym, OmniaBio and many others.

As the park continues to expand, the focus is on appointing a CEO who will strengthen financial foundations, enhance collaboration with McMaster, and attract investment to support MIP and Hamilton’s long-term economic success.
