We are excited to invite you to the 2024 McMaster Public Health Student-led Conference (MPHSLC), taking place on Tuesday, November 26th, from 8:30 AM to 4 PM at McMaster Innovation Park (MIP).

This year’s theme, Building Bridges to Resilience: Integrating Research, Practice, and Lived Experience for Community Health and Well-Being, focuses on fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing between public health students, professionals, and academics.

The conference will feature:

• Research poster presentations by students from across Ontario
• Hands-on workshops for professional development, including sessions on interviewing skills and equity, diversity, and inclusion in public health
• Networking opportunities with students, faculty, and public health professionals
• Speakers from diverse backgrounds, including the Medical Officer of Peterborough, sharing insights on current public health challenges
