Upcoming telephony upgrade on June 24th and 25th

University Technology Services (UTS) will conduct a significant telephony upgrade on the weekend of Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th. This work is part of our planned monthly maintenance windows and is necessary to enhance the university’s telephony infrastructure.

During the upgrade period, there will be sporadic outages to our telephony services. This means that inbound and outbound calling, as well as voicemail services, will be intermittently unavailable. Additionally, elevator emergency phones will be temporarily impacted.

In case of emergencies during this time, please contact Campus Security directly at 905-522-4135.
