Taking time to rest, relax and recharge is an important part of well-being and living a healthy life.

The university and some key community partners have a number of sessions taking place over the summer to promote employee health and wellness, with a focus on psychological safety and well-being.

Weekly from July 13-27 at 12 p.m.
A three-part series that spotlights innovative tools and strategies for personal and family wellness developed at McMaster University.

The Benefits of Setting Boundaries
July 19 at 1 p.m.
A session offered to provide a step-by-step guide to setting healthy boundaries at work and at home.

Exploring Career, Life, and Wellness Coaching and Specialized Services
July 22 at 12 p.m.
August 3 at 1 p.m.
A one-hour webinar that outlines free coaching and specialty services available through Homewood Health.

Outdoor Vacation Tips with Royal Botanical Gardens
July 28 at 1 p.m.
A one-hour webinar hosted by the Royal Botanical Gardens to discover local summer vacation options and learn now spending time outdoors can support physical, psychological, and emotional well-being.

Leadership Course: Fostering a Psychologically Safe Space During Transition to a Hybrid Workplace
July 29 at 1 p.m.
A 3-hour leadership course dedicated to effective strategies for transitioning back to the workplace and fostering a psychologically safe workplace for teams.
