Dig It! Growing a Native Plant Garden

The Library Sustainability Committee is honoured to be joined by restoration biologist Stefan Weber, a PhD candidate at McMaster, who will discuss:

– The importance of native species gardening
– Advice for selecting seeds and plants
– How to grow plants from seeds
– Resources from Carolinian Canada’s In the Zone program and Hamilton Seed Strategy, such as seed sharing and community support
