University, IUOE reach tentative agreement
McMaster and the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) have reached a tentative collective agreement. The IUOE represents McMaster’s operating engineers.
The tentative agreement will now be presented for ratification.
It’s the second consecutive day the University has secured a tentative agreement with its unionized employees.
Yesterday, McMaster reached a tentative agreement with Unifor, which represents employees in the University’s parking unit.
