Temporary re-routed shuttle bus route

The McMaster shuttle bus route will be temporarily re-routed due to construction on a new entrance.

Beginning May 2, the Main Street entrance construction project will
begin stage 2, which involves connecting the new University Avenue to
College Crescent.

The road and sidewalks will be closed on College Crescent from the north side of the hospital and Faculty of Health Sciences, around the corner to the west side of the Psychology Building. McMaster's shuttle bus service and bus stops will be impacted beginning May 2 through to June 6, 2005.

The revisions to the shuttle bus service are as follows:

The service will access central campus using the access road between
E.T. Clarke Center and the Thode Library, stopping at the bus stop
adjacent to the sidewalk between E.T. Clarke and General Sciences
building.

The shuttle bus will then travel east on Scholars Road, stopping at the bus shelter opposite Gilmour Hall.

The service will make use of the Devillier rose garden as a turnabout
and travel west along Scholars road and will proceed to West Campus.

NOTE: The bus stops north of Psychology and west of Arthur Bourns, will not be serviced during stage 2 of the Main St. entrance construction project.
