Beginning on April 4, the Student Accounts and Cashiering office located in Gilmour Hall 209 will have revised office hours for both students and departments seeking assistance.
Departments and units requiring cashiering services are requested to make an appointment between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on business days to drop off deposits and/or pick up petty cash. Appointments can be requested via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Student Accounts’ office and telephone lines will be open to serve student enquires between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on University business days (typically Monday to Friday).
It is also important to note that Student Accounts will no longer accept cheques and cash payments from students beginning in July. For fast and secure payments, students are encouraged to pay their tuition and fees through their Canadian bank’s online bill pay system by setting McMaster up as a payee and using their nine-digit student number as the account number. Alternative payment methods, such as MasterCard and GlobalPay, are also accepted.
