Rosenbaum receives lifetime achievement award

Peter Rosenbaum from the department of Pediatrics recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM) at their annual meeting.

Rosenbaum has been a member for 40 years and was President of the AACPDM from 1996-98.

“This award reflects not ‘me’  but ‘we’ – especially my amazing colleagues at CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research and the Department of Pediatrics,” commended Rosenbaum. “We founded the centre 25 years ago and it is now arguably the best recognized childhood disability research, KT and education program in the world.”

The 68th annual meeting took place in San Diego from September 10-13, 2014.
