New user feedback survey from NCCMT and Health Evidence

The National Collaborating Centre for Methods and Tools (NCCMT) and Health Evidence™ are conducting a joint user feedback survey as a way to collect feedback from valued users within organizations that use NCCMT products.

The purpose of the joint user feedback survey is for each organization to collect responses about:

  • How our users want to hear from us;
  • Whether the needs of our users are being met; and
  • Whether there is anything we can do to improve the user experience.

Answers to the user feedback survey are anonymous. The survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

If you have further questions about the survey, please contact NCCMT (nccmt@mcmaster.ca).

The survey will close on March 1, 2017.
