Mosaic upgrade begins next week; new interface debuts Oct. 31


Mosaic will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade from Thursday, October 27 at 6 p.m. until Monday, October 31 at 8:30 a.m. ALL Mosaic systems will be closed during this time.

Mosaic users are invited to attend an webinar on October 26 at 11 a.m. for an orientation to the new Mosaic interface, and tips for using it effectively.

During the Mosaic closure on October 28, the Facility Services Customer Service desk will accept and dispatch emergency work orders.  All emergency requests should be reported to the Customer Service desk at extension 24740 or clerks@mcmaster.ca.
